Chapter 01
The three-step analysis
Commercial facilities that want to cut what they're spending on heating, cooling and maintenance work with us through our partnership with Linc Service, a self-funded infrastructure improvement analysis built around three steps: System Analysis, Customize Strategy, and Implement Plan. The first step means going through a facility's mechanical systems and documenting where they stand today, before anyone talks about what to change.
From there the analysis turns into a plan built around that specific building, not a generic checklist, and the plan gets carried out in stages that match how the facility actually operates. It's the same three words in the same order every time: analyze first, build a strategy around what's found, then implement it.

What gets changed
The work that comes out of an energy services plan covers a wide range: proactive and preventive maintenance, retrofits and equipment replacements, commissioning, and building automation and controls. Some of it is about catching problems before they become breakdowns. Some of it is about replacing equipment that's past the point where repair still makes sense.
The rest is system design and engineering, the part where our crew figures out how a building's heating, cooling and controls should work together rather than just keeping what's already installed running. A hospital, a school and an office building don't need the same answer, and the design work reflects that.
Chapter 03
Certification support
Part of the energy services scope is energy audits and efficiency programs, the measurement and paperwork side of the work that shows a facility where its energy is actually going. For a building working toward LEED or Energy Star recognition, that documentation is a real part of getting there, and we support facilities pursuing either one.
None of that replaces the mechanical work, it sits alongside it. A facility gets the same crew that installs and maintains its rooftop units and boilers also documenting the improvements behind whatever certification the building is working toward.
