What actually blocks a Berrien County drain
A slow or blocked drain is almost always one of three things: roots that have worked their way into a joint, years of grease built up along the pipe wall, or a bellied section of line that has sagged and now holds standing water and whatever runs through it. Each one calls for a different fix, and guessing wrong means paying to dig twice.
That is why the crew runs a camera inspection and locates the pipe before recommending anything. Once the picture is clear, the job is sewer rodding to clear roots and blockages, sewer cleaning for a line that just needs the grease and buildup out of it, or a sewer installation when the pipe itself is the problem and rodding it again would only buy another year.

Water heaters, sump pumps and the two failures that flood a basement
A water heater does not usually fail gradually. It runs fine and then, some morning, it does not, and a forty-gallon tank empties onto the floor faster than most homeowners expect. The other basement failure is quieter until it is not: a sump pump or sewage ejector pump that stops keeping up with groundwater or waste, right when a heavy rain makes it matter most.

Restaurants, apartment and condo complexes, hospitals, schools, retail locations, office buildings, and industrial and agricultural sites all draw on the same plumbing crew, not a separate commercial-only outfit. Sanitary waste and vent piping, water line repair and installation, drain cleaning, camera inspection and pipe locating carry over directly from the residential side.
Two things sit on the commercial list that do not come up on a house call: certified backflow prevention, which most municipal and health-code inspections require, and ASME medical gas piping for facilities that need it done to that standard rather than a general plumbing standard.
